Welcome To The Dawn Patrol Home Page *What: Electric R/C Aircraft* *When: Saturday and Sunday at Dawn* *Where: Ed Austin Regional Park* *on the large soccer field* *(Formerly The Dunes Golf Course on Monument Rd.)* *(Entrance also on McCormick Rd)* This is not a formal club. There are no meetings or dues. We are just a group of guys who meet at the park on week end mornings to have fun flying our planes. Beginners, experienced, and spectators all welcome. Due to the early hours, no gas powered models please, as we don’t want to disturb the neighbors. This is an ideal time to fly since the winds and temperature are much lower. Come join us. 5/14/08; Trying to load the SEFF pictures, but will be done a little at a time as I don't have a whole lot of time at the computer. Videos taken at SEFF can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/nfdawnpatrol. 8/22/08; Lots of building time coming up! Guess we'll be seeing some new stuff, if y'all aren't waterlogged.... NOTICE- Plans for the 1st annual Dawn Patrol Family Day picnic are going strong. Date is August 31st at the Soccer Field. Food, Flying and Fun for all. Kites for the kids if the wind gets too high!
